Since graduating as a Registered Nurse, Pam has enjoyed an exciting career in a variety of critical care settings. Beginning her career in NICU, she then expanded to the ER, while continuing to work in the NICU. Included with this hospital experience, she spent a few years working in the community environment with adult and paediatric patients.
A few years later, Pam joined the Emergency Clinics at Lester B. Pearson International Airport. During that time, Pam was also employed as a member of the medical crew with a Toronto based air ambulance company.
Pam’s emergency experience includes working in tertiary care centres, small rural hospitals as well as in a specialized paediatric emergency department. Pam’s teaching career began 14 yrs ago and because of a shared philosophy for incorporating a stress free, humorous learning environment into adult learning, she partnered with Cheri to form ETA in May 2001.
